As we head into Labor Day weekend, I wanted to take a moment to update you on a few important things happening behind the scenes here at 3XTRA SAUC3.
First off, we’ve had a bit of a hiccup with our most recent magazine issue. When the shipment arrived from our publisher, we were shocked to discover that the magazine contained only 3 printed pages—the rest were completely blank.
For the sake of professionalism, we held off on putting them on blast while we tried to get this corrected. Unfortunately, the process has taken far longer than we anticipated, and this delay is something we have to seriously consider moving forward.
For those of you who have been eagerly waiting for your magazine, I want to let you know that every single copy has been stuffed as of today and will be shipped out on Monday. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this frustrating time.
Once these magazines are on their way, we’re going to take a small break—not from creating, but to focus on some major upgrades. We’re opening a bigger office and working on securing more control over our delivery times. We’re also renegotiating contracts with our publishers to ensure they’re held to strict timelines. We know how much you value what we do, and we’re committed to making sure we can deliver better and faster in the future.
To all of you who have supported us, whether with one dollar or many, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
